If you visit without a schedule, the DIS OFFICE will not be able to respond.

Please check all of the necessary documents and schedule, bring the necessary documents along with the attached application form and submit them directly to the DIS OFFICE.
Required Documents (Please check the instructions. Not following the instructions will not be accepted)
1. Application Form for DIS Graduation Examination [Mandatory]
- If you’re DIS 1st major, write “Division of International Studies” in “College” section, “International Studies” in “Department” section.
- Write 2023년 3월 if you’re expecting to graduate this semester, if you want to postpone your graduation, write 2023년 8월 etc.
- Handwritten Signature is mandatory
- Late submission is strictly prohibited
2. Attachment 1_Academic Transcript [Mandatory]
- Original Version Only (You can print it out at the “One-stop Service Center machine” in front of the CU in Globee Dorm)
3. Attachment 2_Class Enrollment Certification [Mandatory]
- Submit the “Web Information System” version Only (If you’re not attending this semester you don’t need to submit this document, however you need to inform it beforehand to DIS OFFICE)

4. Attachment 3_ Foreign Language Transcript for Graduation
- Original Version Only.
- Late submission is strictly prohibited.
- Should submit all of the documents that is applied to you.
5. DIS Graduation Confirmation Document_Refer to the TBA notice
- Students who meet the graduation requirements and pass the graduation exam (including those who took the previous exam and delayed graduation]) must submit a DIS Expected Graduation Certification referring to the notice posted on Jun 12 (expected) in order to graduate this semester.
- If you’re not going to graduate this semester, or willing to delay graduation, you don’t have to submit this form.
- Students who want to graduate should think carefully and submit. You can't change your graduation status after submitting your confirmation document.
When submitting the application for the graduation exam, Attachment 1 (Academic Transcript) and Attachment 2 (Class Enrollment Certification) are mandatory,
and in principle, Attachment 3 should also be submitted together, but if it is unavoidable, you can submit till the date and time that is announced above. (Firm submission within the deadline)
* If it is unavoidable to submit in person, submit it by e-mail (hufsdista@hufs.ac.kr) with the reason and supporting materials.
* If you have already passed the Graduation Exam and delayed graduation, and wish to complete submission of required documents, please contact DIS Office via Email.
* For students wishing to graduate, please check the notice and schedule. DIS Office is NOT responsible for any problems arising from not checking the notice.
